About MSC
Founded in Ningbo in 2010, MSC does one thing: quality control for Western buyers of mechanical, electrical and electronic OEM products. Factory audits, production follow-up and loading supervision take place at the supplier's factory. Full inspection, sorting and blind repackaging take place in our own workshop. The same team runs both.
Our methods for audits, workshop sorting and reporting were built over fifteen years of hands-on work for European industrial buyers, most of it for a demanding French industrial group with close to ten operating companies. We now offer the same level of involvement to new clients, in English and in French.
Our inspectors are permanent staff. Most of them operated production machines, worked with molds and tooling, and followed multi-step manufacturing processes before moving into inspection. They read technical drawings, discuss tolerances directly with the factory's engineers, and catch process defects that a checklist alone would miss.
MSC is led by an engineer who graduated from a French grande école, with earlier experience at a French consulting firm and many years on the ground in China. Technical and commercial discussions with European clients happen directly, with no language or cultural relay.
